WEG brings to its portfolio of solutions for Industry 4.0 the new WEG Motor Scan, which expands the performance of the electric motor monitoring sensor for various equipment.
In addition, it also monitors gearboxes, pumps, compressors and other equipment powered by electric motors.
How does the WEG Motor Scan work?
The WEG Motor Scan sensor captures equipment data, sends it to the cloud via smartphone or Bluetooth or automatically from the Gateway. All collected information is stored in the cloud, which allows remote access, in order to guarantee the efficiency of the processes. Initially developed for the electric motor, the solution currently includes other equipment with the measurement of vibration and temperature. Another evolution of WEG Motor Scan for an Industry 4.0 that is now even more efficient.
