Enhancing renewable energy efficiency

To underscore its commitment to developing technologies that support energy efficiency and the use of renewable resources, Beckhoff UK has announced its participation in the All-Energy Show, the UK’s leading event for the renewable energy sector.
The show, taking place from 15-16 May 2024 at the SEC, Glasgow, takes pride in being the largest low-carbon energy and full supply chain renewables event.
The renewable energy sector is experiencing unprecedented growth, driven by global initiatives to combat climate change and a collective shift towards sustainable energy sources.

For the first time, Beckhoff UK will also unveil a third-party LoRaWAN gateway at the show, marking a significant expansion of its connectivity solutions for the renewable energy sector. This gateway facilitates long-range, low-power communication, making it an ideal choice for remote or difficult-to-reach locations within renewable energy facilities.
By integrating this technology with its existing solutions and offering, Beckhoff aims to enhance the collection and transmission of data across vast energy networks, improving operational efficiency and the reliability of renewable energy sources.
