In a pursuit to harness the power of digital transformation, BIC has successfully bridged IT and OT, as it embraced a new era of seamless, integrated manufacturing at its Bizerte factory in Tunisia. Its ambitious journey involved eliminating operational silos, to enhance data accuracy, and provide its workforce with unified data sources. Through the successful pilot of the Plex MES system, BIC replaced fragmented legacy systems, ensuring end-to-end visibility and global standardisation.
