Material handing automation within assembly and machining lines

At a Ford engine facility in Valencia, Spain, having already eliminated forklifts, the facility had a vision then to eliminate all industrial vehicles, as well as automate all of its logistics processes. The solution? The plant uses more than 50 AGVs across 20+ routes, and covering 60,000+kms per year. The benefits? A safer, more efficient working environment for its workers.
