MACH 2020 is approaching and MiniTec UK are putting the final touches to its stand

This year sees the company exhibiting in four major areas, showing its flexible aluminium profile system as its best. The four areas illustrate how adaptable the MiniTec system is and how it can benefit an enormous range of manufacturing processes and lines. MiniTec UK is exhibiting at MACH 2020. The company is no stranger to manufacturing technologies and making systems work as simply and effectively as possible. The MiniTec modular aluminium profile system, with its unique Powerlock fastening method, allows effortless implementation that can minimise design time and speed up installation.
MiniTec will be exhibiting four key areas at MACH 2020:
Flexible Roller Carrier System
MiniTec’s latest innovative addition to its aluminium modular profile solution is the Flexible Roller Carrier System (FRS). It can easily be retrofitted to existing material feeders and Kanban systems, and is ideal for monitoring stock movements on FIFO flow racks. The FRS can handle different load capacities and inclined sections, as well as being easily integrated into existing workstations.
Cobot
MiniTec has embraced the state-of-the-art manufacturing companion, the cobot. The company carefully considered its current operations and found the most appropriate use for a cobot to improve efficiency and output. Machine Safety Guarding
The MiniTec modular aluminium profile system is perfect for machine safety guarding. Easy and quick to assemble and able to integrate with existing systems, MiniTec can create custom built guards, screens and enclosures for a wide range of machine and assembly lines.
