Dynamic, precise and scalable transport system: Going strong since 2012
04/04/2025
Since 2012, Beckhoff's XTS transport system has been transporting individual products in its compact design. The innovation potential of the XTS has by no means been exhausted; the company is continuously developing the system. Here, we show a system setup that achieves accelerations of up to 20G and speeds of up to 4m/s. The movers carry weights from 200g to 10kg, and provide maximum precision and efficiency with repeatability of up to 10µm and synchronization accuracy of up to 50µm.
